THE FRAME is a gray powder coated steel which slides together with little effort. The frame is made of an 18-gauge, color-coded square pipe. The legs and sidebars are 1-1/2" and the upper structure (top bar and rafters) are 1". From the ground to highest point is 10' with a leg height of 6'8". The “V” shape of the steel cables on the roof enhances stability and support.

THE TOP COVER is manufactured with 18 oz. white blackout vinyl with exclusive lacquer top coating, 1300 denier scrim and is flame retardant (meets the standards established by the California Fire Marshal and NFPA 701) with mildew and UV inhibitors. The interior stays 7 to 10 degrees cooler than shelters without the blackout feature. The covers have electronically welded seams to remain water tight. We also include a clear plastic insert for personalized shelter identification on the front of the gable end.

THE SIDEWALLS are manufactured in 13 oz. white vinyl with 30" x 10' mesh windows on three sides. The front has a roll up 30" wide door and two 30" x 30" mesh windows with cover flaps that fasten down with Velcro. The sidewalls have a 6" ground flap for sand bags (not included) or any other weight to seal the exterior bottom of the sidewalls.

THE FLOORING is 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon that attaches with snap hooks to a rope on the inside of the sidewalls which provides an elevated perimeter so water does not enter. ANCHORING includes four 2' x 3/4" stakes and ropes, and four 1' x 1/2" stakes for each leg base.*
